[edit] the website, click the APPEARANCE tab, then check the HIDE HEADER TEXT box. The text won't be displayed.

You can build as many pages as you want. There is no limit. Although if your website has more than 25 or 30, you might want to look at the izotz!CMS tool, which is more geared towards larger websites.

If you want to really go to town and make your own skin, click TOOLS-->ADVANCED TOOLS-->CUSTOM SKINS and open the Skin Editor. Play around with that, then come back for help if you need it.

Click PROJECTS-->then click the [edit] link for the project you want to change. Then click the APPEARANCE tab, and select a different skin from the pulldown menu. It changes instantly.

You can save the data to a datafile (actually an XML file), have it sent via email to someone, or both. You can download the XML file as an excel spreadsheet.

The data is saved in a database?

The form modules are all wired up so they work right out of the box. All you need to do is enter an email address for where the form data should be sent. Or, if you just want to collect the data in a database, just do nothing. It does everything automatically.
The easiest way to make a form to collect address info is to start with the EMAIL FORM module. Then open the administration, and you'll see where you can add more fields to the form. Address, City, State etc. Follow the directions and add the fields, then your form will start collecting address info. Try it out, and ask for help if you get stuck. It's pretty easy.

We just want to collect basic email, name and address info for visitors. Do we have to build something to make the form work?

There are several types of email forms. You can put a basic Contact Us page up, or a registration form, or you can build a big fancy form containing all kinds of custom field, radio buttons, check boxes and all the other things you might need. Select either the Contact Us, Email Form, or Registration Form modules and play around a bit to see what works best.
What do you need your form to do?

Thanks. We really like the toolbar because it's easy for some of the non tech people to manage. We don't have that much to share, so we'll probably stick with it for now.

If you are using both tools, that means you have two separate accounts. izotz makes it easy to share content and modules between websites...AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN THE SAME ACCOUNT. You can share pages and modules between websites in different accounts, but you have to treat those pages as "external links", and you can't use the internal tools to do it.
Seeing what you guys are doing, you should probably just build your med center website in your main CMS account, and not try to do it using the Web toolbar. It will be much easier to manage the sharing.

Well, take a look at our tools, and make sure to also look at the izotz!CMS system. Both are designed to especially appeal to people who build websites for others. Many people find they really reduce the time it takes to not only build...but more importantly...maintain...websites for clients. All our tools even let you hand off a lot of site maintenance or content editing to the client...making your jot a lot easier. That's part of our mission, to make the whole process easier.
